That elder gave a terrible answer. Most elders worth their salt would probably say they are counseled in the same loving manner as the rest of the congregation. Through spiritual reminders and the publications. They also work with each other, and they have been able to learn from many experienced ones within the congregation, elders or just publishers. The CO even follows up with the brothers directly to make sure they shepard the flock of God in their care.

THAT....is how you polish that turd.
