That's fantastic Kate. A regular program of exercise is beneficial under any circumstances, but especially yours. You've been under the weight of much stress lately and kicking around some iron is a great way to burn it off.

Exercise releases endorphins that help with depression. http://www.webmd.com/depression/guide/exercise-depression

For maximum benefit, utilize the training staff on hand to help you set up an organized routine rather than just wandering around the gym hitting random machines. It will help you stay interested in what you're doing, even during the hard parts, and you will see results faster.

I've been a gym rat for several years and I love it. I love the way it makes me feel.

And remember: You can't out exercise a bad diet.

Hi honey. So glad you enjoyed your Sunday. Beats the meetings!!! This week's WT is a pile of crap.

My son was told it was "bad association" to go to rugby. He went for the first time after a year out yesterday. He really enjoyed it. He's not much into contact sports either. He loves to cycle though. What about that? You can join cycling clubs for specific age groups too.

So glad you are starting to enjoy stuff more. XX

    p.s Merry Christmas

    Thanks guys for your support.

We played with bats and balls in the squash court at 9.15am. Built up lots of good co-rdination skills. Everytime the ball got anoying, we hit it harder. Then we practiced all the different strokes and did a personal best at swimming lengths. We came home and had some association, we skyped some x-jws.

It was a fun active morning.

Of course its Bad Association™! One would be getting dressed and possibly showering with Youths™ that do not Serve God™! In fact, locker rooms have been mentioned twice in the scriptures, both in a Discouraging™ light. How sad it would be if we thought a locker room was an acceptable environment simply because they are not outright condemned in the bible! Only the locker rooms and saunas at Bethel™ would be acceptable. Why, they are so Encouraging™, bible discussions have been held there! Why not set this as a goal for our Young Ones™ instead of the temporary Enjoyment™ of Worldly™ sports?
