    Hi,

Last night we had our midweek meeting. The bible reading was from "Who is doing Jehovah's will....The part where they asked who was the FDS. I thought because of the past Sept. WT, every hand would go up....All you heard were crickets. One hand went up & said the annointed. My oh My, what is in the minds of witnesses now...they don't know who the FDS class is ? They are so confused they have no idea who the FDS class is...NOW. They are too afraid to even think that a bunch of old men are giving us the spiritual food. I was sitting next to an elder & his wife..they didn't even flinch or even look to see if ANY hands were raised...Why didn't they raise their hands, I know why? The don't know anymore. The society has tossed arond the friends like waves. Where is their smugness now ? All knowing witnesses, they know everything, even the things God, didn't tell anyone...Like when is the end of this system. The know more than God, & Jesus...

Anyone go to the meeting last night? How was the participation ?

Ours is tonight. I might answer quickly just to appear smug. But include the term "we're told that it's not..... But rather....." since I don't believe any of it anymore..

Actually, there is no FDS 'class'. It's just the FDS. For now, at least.

At mine just one hand out of say 100 folks.

after the sister answered and the praised the mighty GB

she added that she just got a tablet and how thankful

she is of the organization and JW.org.

Speaking of tablets- everyone in the hall is trying

to get one. I see even 8 year olds with them!

What do you see in your "hall" with the tablets?

Well, for 90 some years we we told that the FDS "class" existed from 33c.e onward, with each generation teaching the next generation bible truth, aka, dispensing food. This was understood to include everyone from Jesus' closest 12 disciples and the Apostle Paul and Isaac Newton and , CTR, ect. Basically all "domestics"/ Christians from 33 c.e who taught God's word of truth were the FDS since God's word is the ultimate source of spiritual food, and when you teach from the Bible you are dispensing spiritual food. Now the current "idea" is that only 8 domestic Christians at the World headquarters of the WTBTS inc. are the FDS when gathered together in a meeting. So other domestics may teach something directly from the Bible, the ultimate source of spiritual food, but you are merely "sharing" spiritual food, NOT dispensing, because only the FDS can dispense spiritual, therefore ONLY the 8 GB at the World Headquarters of the WTBTS inc. can be the FDS.

PLEASE, someone say this and record the reaction..

    Legacy;

The reason, IMHO, the elder and his wife didn't raise their hands was because they were too damned embarrased to further the illusion of the Fab 8. When the 8 GB GUYS in charge, one day "out of the clear blue sky", announce that they, and they alone, are THE FDS, it made all long time JW's cringe; whether the the long time JW's admit it or not. Nothing screams CULT like making the unilateral announcement; "WE 8 men are THE FDS! Do not question us on this." Just saying!

    I was there, too.

It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to parrot what the "lesson" had printed. Of course where I currently reside the attendance of the over 70 members of the club was reduced to the usual 25-30. I find it fun to make regular eye contact with the interrogator, whoops I mean conductor, and then just sit there with a half smile and never volunteer anything.

Interestingly I heard the brother at our hall use the term "slave class" from the platform, but I was in the back doing other stuff and thought it was odd considering the "new light".

Well I just read over the lesson and that class term isn't in there unless I missed it. So the brother was really confusing the audience at our hall it appears.

Also even though the brochure is from 2012, it seems to already be in line with the then-future new light in its ambiguous description of who the slave is.

That is unless they have already revised it? I am looking at the one from jw.org. Anybody know if it has been changed from the original release?
