None of the references publications are older than 2000.

Soon, the WT CD containing all the old publications will be out of production, and you will have the sanitized, bleached, and re-worded online version only.

Sorry. Can't find it. There is no such item listed as "Research Guide" in the Publications page.

Probably been removed.
