Bruja..it was great to meet a fellow Skynyrd and Outlaw fan ( Green Grass and High Tides.
Anyway as we seem the only 3 Skynyrd fans, lets finnish this by me saying Ronnie Van-Zant was in my opinion as a song writter pure gold. And i am pretty sure the Big Bad Wolf image along with his death have got in the way of his legacy. Still no one can take away the Knebwoth concert in England with Ronnie on stage drinking his whiskey and pulling Gary and Allen on to the plastic Mick Jaguar tounge, with Stevie and Leon playing Freebird. They blew the stones away that day....the audince shouting Skynryd Skynyrd...no one wanted that to end ..even if they came to see the Rolling Stones. Oh what could have been with out that crash?
Still i only have that on video. Bt the best show i ever say was the 20 reunion at The Royal Albert Halll...Hughie, Rickey, Leon, Gary, Billy, and oh yea i am sure Johnny looked up and waved to my wife....and do check out last of a dying bread its a great Album, kind of sad its Skynyrds highest charting Album...real music doesnt sell a million copies instantley but it lives on for ever.
