I know for a fact that at least one GB member is NEVER seen in service, and only makes an appearance at a meeting every three months or so.

The photo-shopped pictures can have their upside.
What if a publisher reported 50 hours a month and attached pictures of themselves, in service, witnessing to the public as proof?
Of course, the 50 hours would be spent on the computer 'photo shopping' yourself into photos taken in public places.
What's 'good for the goose is good for the gander'.
