In our own solar neighbourhood ,

We have a huge rotating system, moons, rings, gas-giant, that, like the nasa image of rings,-- above

is tilted ~90 degrees to the movement of everything else, the ecliptic. ----it is

Uranus and its 20+satellites and rings. but

not on the apparent, equal scale of the wheeling galaxie(s)

Kepler: and, as you cited, it could be two separated galaxies, but

it would not be unheard of, to have two celestial entities beautifully ECLIPS (super-impose) each other from our perspective, thinking about

our Solar eclipses, where Sun and Moon are seen as ~equal in size. but

here, they both have more aligned rotational axi.

Uranus is tilted at 98 degrees.

that what the ~ sign is for. whatever tilted the giant tried to stop at the RIGHT angle, but overshot, now we are stuck with it, axis of rotation pointing below the horizon.

    a universe stranger than fiction.

or with uranus, we are looking at the wrong pole, like Venus, that , when looking down from our north has a retrograde rotation. sun coming up in the east there.

It's rotational axis is NOT at a right angle. Why do you say it tried to stop at a right angle? Why do you say we are "stuck" with a planet who plane of roatation is at 98 degrees with respect to the solar plane? And, it's only below the horizon from one frame of reference. From the opposite and equally valid plane of reference it's above the horizon.

Why do you say the pole is "wrong"? What we designate as "north" is just a convention to describe objects around up and establish meaning. It doesn't mean anything else is "wrong".
