If I understand this correctly, and it's entirely possible that NO ONE does, then anyone that becomes "anointed" after Fred Franz death is NOT part of the second part of the "overlapping generation," but they are part of the third group.
Makes sense to me. I love how simple "The Truth" is!

Have you informed Jehovah? He may not be aware of the time limit the brothers in Brooklyn have imposed upon him.
It would be terrible if the GT were late, or worst of all missed entirely, due to a missed memo.

I have it on good authority that during His last quarterly review, Anthony Morris III personally marked Jehovah down for his poor timekeeping, and put him on a Personal Improvement Plan. Stephen Lett warned Him that if He didn’t meet His new objectives He would be facing a disciplinary, which could lead to dismissal. Jehovah has promised to try harder, and will read all those tedious Watchtower articles to ensure He keeps on schedule with the GB’s timetable.

How does anyone know that anyone is anointed?
In the times of Israel, it meant that the person was chosen to be king. But he isn't king yet.
Anointeds dont' have anymore authority or smarts than any other.
Get over this whole anointed thing. It is meaningless.
