The cost to feed your ego is those that have been abused. It's sad that they keep being abused, first physically and now spiritually. Those poor souls that have to deal with their tragic memories, now also must deal with their spiritual death. What do you plant to do about that? Will you guide them? Will you become their minister? For years, those who have been abused with sanction from the organiztion known as the Watchtower Bible and Tract SOCIETY have been silenced, shamed and skewered for the sake of the collective ego of said entity. Now, I am sure they would love for the shroud of silence, shunning and shame to continue and that these abused ones would just "slink" quietly away so that they can continue to "operate" as they have all along--swallowing souls in their path. All along, pointing at other churches, OTHER organizations (it's called projection) tauting theirs as THE ONLY MEANS BY WHICH PEOPLE CAN COME TO GOD. How very pharisaic. Do you believe God to be a God of justice? Then why, in His name, would you think that he would not want light shone upon the ugliness seething beneath the WTBTS "white-washed walls". Maybe you and other WT apologists should go and actually read and reflect on the prophets. Esp. Isaiah and Jeremiah. Your God doesn't put up with CRAP! And he is always on the side of the afflicted. How can you be so sure HE is not instigating the shining of light into these dark corners. The cry of the lowly ones is being heard. Your notice has been served.

Instead of trying desperately to keep the charade of the "PERFECT RELIGION" by attacking those trying to stand up for truth and the afflicted--go study your bible in love and humility. Maybe you can find out what your God is really trying to tell you. "Learn to do good; search for JUSTICE; set right the oppressor; Render judgment for the fatherless boy; plead the cause of the widow." Isaiah 1:17 You got work to do.

There are no "Billites" here. Only sheep that have been skinned and thrown about who have someone who will be heard finally speaking for them as only a male can in the "good ol' boys club". Children and women are not heard in the congregation, if you didn't notice.

Spiritual death was a side-effect of our continued involvement with a man made organization. Since leaving, we are finding our needs finally met and being helped by a true brotherhood who have nothing to benefit from us financially, no time cards are filled out or hours counted.

I'm sure Bill would like to know exactly what he is gaining by standing up for his principles. If you pay attention to other posters, you will see it has cost them their relationship with relatives and loved ones who only loved conditionally, some have even suffered financially due to business dealing with JW's being cut off and some having business contracts broken fraudulently. You can't put a price on your freedom though or your ability to sleep with a clear conscience.

Schibolet...are you the stupidist human on the planet? Oh wait, I take that back, as you have about six million others at your side! You can't see how healing it is for the victims of sexual abuse in your organization to see change being forced upon your corrupt and senile leadership. The shame and embarassment I hope Jehovah's Witnesses feel everywhere from this and other press coverage works towards either changing your collective stupid abusing policies that allow child molesters to hide from either real treatment or seperation from the community.

If you had any brains at all, you would welcoming such constructive change and you would be able to recognize the huge emotional and financial sacrifice that some righetous, honest, and feeling Witnesses made to help the victims of monsters in your organization at their own personal costs.

I say to Bill...right on and I wish I could be there to support you in person and go, go, go, go!!!

I posted this on another thread but felt it was something Mr. Schibat would like to contemplate.

The Jewish hierarchy & the roman magistrates humiliated Jesus. In their eyes (the farassies) Jesus was a threat, he was being ex-communicated in the ultimate way. How dare he come and question their teachings, laws, their money making ways. How dare he stand up and say that "I and the Father are one" They knew he wasn't stating that "they think alike" but was indeed in need of a good stoning for blasphemy.
He was taking away their control.

So next time the WT tries to tell you that "they" are the "truth" & you need their faithful & discreet slave labor camp to be under the umbrella (without even the chance of getting to the Father anyway because they say you are not included in the sons of God analogy) Choose the cross as Jesus did (figuratively)

Take your rose colored glasses off and see that the people you defend ABANDONED these people.
The silentlambs didn't ask for what they received from the watchtower.
Siletlambs have received absolutely NO LOVE, NO SUPPORT, NO UNDERSTANDING, AND NO PROTECTION. The watchtower hasn't given them any spiritual support either.
Do you have children, nieces, nephews, and/or grandchildren?
Who do you expect to protect them if the people you trust don't change their policies?
Silentlambs shouldn't have to be silent. Nor should they have to suffer all alone.
People like Bill are the voices for those Silentlambs that aren't able to speak for themselves.
I will pray that you and anyone that you love will NEVER have to be a Silentlamb... because if they do become a Silentlamb who will protect them?
It won't be those that you hold higher than God. They only protect those who hurt the Silentlambs.

It sickens me to think that this will be missed by many WHO NEED TO VIEW AND HEAR IT. Please, somebody make sure it gets on the internet in RealPlay/audio.
