"By any measure you like to use, everything about your Memorial is wrong, for a lover of Truth like me, I could never support such an Apostate celebration of falsehood ". I have not yet had the courage.

I would just say to a hard core JW that I remember Jesus at every meal. It was never commanded to do it once a year (that i could find). So, I thank God every time I put food in my mouth. Then, I make a deal with the Devil every morning to lose 20 pounds.
