I've thought before that if we could all find someone that we could really trust to tell us whether it is all BS or not, it would save so much time & worry, rather than each of us having to do all the research for ourselves- but maybe it is better the way it is... to be really convinced. I don't worry about any of it anymore.. if I can't eat it, smoke it, drive it or sleep with it... I don't want it.
