As is always the case with stuff printed in the WT publications-there were more outlandish, absurd and untruths in this study article.
The caption on page 4 for paragraph 4 states: 'We joyfully proclaim good news about our King Jesus Christ'.
What a boldface lie!
It is rare and I mean rare where Jesus Christ is mentioned during a Watchtower Study, Public Talk or any other question and answer discussion part at any meeting.
It is even more rare for a JW out in the ministry to initiate a discussion about 'Jesus Christ' unless the householder somehow brings up Jesus' name first! It is always about the name Jehovah, Jehovah, Jehovah!
When I leave a meeting it is as though the name 'Jehovah' is ringing in my ear!
I wish and I mean I wish it could be said that JWs are encouraged to praise and proclaim Jesus Christ freely.....but not so!

Another whopper of a falsehood is the last sentence of paragraph 4: ‘…..we make extensive use of the written Word in our preaching work.’
What????
Jehovah’s Witnesses make extensive use of WT literature such tracts, Awake and Watchtower magazines and other books…….And now we are told to direct the householder’s attention, not to the Bible, but to the JW.org website using our smart phone or Ipad!
Just these past three weeks alone, we’ve been making extensive use of the memorial tract invitations and 90% of those invitations have been left under the homeowners’ doormats!
For the past several weeks, very, and I mean very little use has been made of God’s written Word (The Bible) during this memorial season and past years’ memorial seasons as well. Its’ been mainly WT’s tract distribution!
Who in the hell does WT have writing these articles lies about using God's Word extensively in the ministry???
And if nobody believes these claims I've made just ask the poster on this forum by the name of Emeth.... he'll backup everything I've said!!!

This is nothing more than a fear tactic to get people to obey. And obey what? Basically to obey a monster called joke-hova, that wishes to impose full communism (total submission) on all of us. Had Satan been totally out of the picture, we would have already had full, global tyranny under full communism on this planet back in the Dark Ages. Anything to nurf Satan's influence would only buff this communism where the whole human race would be enslaved. All sense of joy would be gone, and life would be intense suffering from birth to death without any pauses. Do you want that? If so, then go ahead and worship that beady-eyed monster joke-hova, because that's what that thing wants for us all.
Nice try, to come up with Jesus. Nothing more than a fiction intended as a bogus "solution" to the "sin" problem. The real solution: If this god loves us so much, why then does it ban just about everything fun? Why is it that such bans are in just about every xian and muslim religion, especially at the deeper levels? Why are there so many different interpretations of these damnation books? Why do we see so many different religions, each claiming to be the truth and the others so much rubbish? This is as true with Islam, and Jewish, religions as with Christi-SCAM-ity. They do this to force people to stay within a religion their entire lives instead of realizing the whole thing is fake.
The truth: Joke-hova wants us enslaved. Having fun was a sin to that thing. Jesus was fake, invented as a means to redeem us from this "sin" of having fun. The whole process of "transitioning" to "perfection" means getting rid of all hope of having anything to look forward to, and it is going to happen way faster than 100 years if that monster joke-hova has its way.

I am so glad that you reviewed this one, Blondie - there is so much to say.
Par 1) "A GLORIOUS king rides in the cause of truth and righteousness and goes forth to conquer his enemies. After winning a final victory over them, he weds a lovely bride. The king is remembered and lauded throughout all generations to come."
Yes, well, we have all seen "Lord of The Rings - Return of The King" This makes it seem no more than that work of fiction. E.g.this pic, not a still from the film but from the WT study
Caption : "Birds will be called on to cleanse the earth"
and all these years I thought that was symbolic ??
Par 4) .." 1914. Since then, the message no longer concerns a future Kingdom but has to do with a real government now functioning in the heavens "
Last week in the study Christ's kingship was only "in one sense" in 1914 . Which is it?
Paragraphs 11 onwards are pretty scary and , to those of us no longer blinkered by J W dogma show the writers to have a pretty warped view of humanity.. For one thing, it is a case of agree with them or be slaughtered without regret .
Par 12 " All loyal subjects of the King must follow his example and humbly submit to Jehovah’s sovereignty in all things. Only those who do so will be allowed to live in God’s promised new world"
Par 13 " Every inhabitant of that new world will be required to conform to Jehovah’s standards"
We know what they mean , the standards and rules of the WTS but Gods standards are described in Gal 5 .22 "The fruits of the spirit ...love, joy, peace longsuffering",etc.. I have no problem with those standards but they play second fiddle to The Society in WT land.
They seem to advocate terror as good news
Par 14 "That action will strike terror in the heart of the inhabitants of the earth who have not heeded the divine warning to submit to the King's rule"
Par 18 "The carnage will be earth wide"
They love the scripture about the birds feasting on the flesh all kinds of people from kings to slaves.. Is that a balanced Christian view? We go to The Memorial tonight to hear about Christ's sacrifice and Gods Love for mankind. That does not line up the same to me.
They do not refrain from venturing into open "logical conclusions " in Par 16,when speaking of the make-up of Chtist's army, the angels and the already heavenly dead 144K ..I have a mental picture of Taze Russel with his beard, Rutherford in his wing collar & frock coat riding a white horse into battle "Geronimooooo !! " brandishing swords. And then there is that nice little old sister who used to sip the wine at Memorial, she is there too with a wild glint in her eyes.........
No, I don't think so..not in the world of reality.
Thanks WT for providing a study that at least gave me some entertainment and a reinforcement for my decision to quit believing in this rubbish - irrevocably.!

Dosent seem like the Jesus of the Gospels does it? Maybe he is just like his father, bipolar? Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde?

Band on the Run
The Psalms references had me floored. I had to read the text more carefully. The Psalms authors would have had a fit at the notion of Jesus of Nazareth being important. The WT writers know better.
