I asked an Oldtime Elder buddy of mine in that congregation about this (just wanted to confirm this), he put his head down and said "it is all true".

Thants very telling. They are allowed by Bethel to be annointed. But if their friends partake next year then they will have to be taken into the backroom and told their not annointed. Hilarious if it's true.
