What is illegal about standing directly in front of your television, filming the screen and giving them out? Nothing.

I have quite a few films off KaZaa that have been made that way ... the givaway is when someone at the theatre walks past the camera or you hear people laughing in the audience. [8>]
Not the best quality in the world but if you just want the content it's not too bad
