Hopefully they are running out of qualified BROTHERS. I don't think they will use a "brother" who has been reproved, disfellowshipped, or misses most of the boasting sessions because it is not worth attending them before using a pious-sneer "sister". Of course, let there be one so-called qualified "brother", and this disappears. And if there is a "brother" that is almost qualified (needs to buff up his field circus, needs to modify his dress code or get more drab colors for equipment, listens to a little questionable music or the hounders could not censor his music or video library, or so on), they will be hounded to death to fix these personal preference issues.

Short of that, they may be looking to enslave the "sisters" more. Get them on the platform to discuss pious-sneering, they might connect with other "sisters" (they already got them to hate the "brothers" as part of their "women hate men, men are afraid of women" campaign that seems to be global). In turn, this might "encourage" more of them to pious-sneer.

I join the theory that the GB anticipates or is already undergoing a dearth of males and are trying to resort to "second best", spiritual women. Is the GB offering an alternative for women without children to still be saved? See 1 Tim. 2:15

I agree that it's due to lack of qualified males...so many are in due to family circumstances but they don't want to spend their time as wts slaves. It'll wear on the females after awhile, too.

The reality is that if it wasn't for wives who allowed their husbands to devote their free time to congregational responsibilities, there wouldn't be many elders.

The WT leadership knows this. And the new, younger GB members are changing as many of the old (20th century) rules and regulations as quickly as they can.

Part of that will be giving women positions/titles. It's going to happen. Many congregations have 6,8,10 or more elders - with few ministerial servants. The young guys aren't stepping up to the plate. The GB will show 'em...give these 'privileges' to the ladies.

The 'mature' women in the congregations are part of the 1960's generation - peace, love and equal rights. They'll be joining up and pushing their daughters & granddaughters to do the same.

These are good examples of what woman have the capacity to do. but

The UNPRECEDENTED move to have the two FIRST LADIES make a DEBUTANTE appearance in their husband's FINAL talk at the assembly, could

signal the enhanced stature of the CO, his autonomy, power to appoint, use.

bsw there were more experiences used, even during the baptism talk, a new feature one too.
