Some may make private arrangements to print a limited amount of material published on our Web site and give it personally to those who do not have Internet access, but congregations are not required to do this.

Of course the congo is not required to waste paper (costs $$$$$) printing stuff for old dinosaurs whose very existence in this old system at start of 21st century is an embarrassment to them.

With the rank and file and the elders arranging to give more money to the WTS, where will they get the money to buy a computer/printer even for the congregation's use?

Me thinks this comes as a response to a fighting maybe between congregations members, and it got to the CO, then to the GB, and they have to "clarify" this stupidity.

Most of the time there is no paper in the hall's printer. More expenses means less money for the big wigs! ...Sounds so much like a corporation doesn't it?

Lets see, I predicted it would be up to the R&F soon to print from JW.org material for their use. Maybe my prediction will be altered a bit. It will fall on the elders to make sure the people without printers( without access) to JW.org to print material from JW.org. It will be a "strong suggestion" soon, then a requirement. But no money from contrabutions will be allowed to be used. It will not be considered a KH expense.

Yep, cut those costs WTBTS, make sure you keep heaping the financial responsibilties on the little guys. After all, it's in keeping with everything else the WTBTS does.
