Should the society be sued for fraud?

We all know the Constitution protects freedom of religion ... and unless its leaders commit a crime, like financial fraud, or illegal sacraments like murder or drugs, or some kind of violent or sexual crime ... they are pretty much immune.

But, I am a big proponent of proper disclosure ... and certainly, I believe that a case could be made that the failure of the Watchtower to make proper disclosure of their 'defect' ... such that my decision to join and give them money, labor, and materials would have been seriously different ... then yes, I believe they should be sued ... it would make for great case law ... set new precedant.

Are tehy too big? So have been auto makers, the drug industry, and the tobbaco industry ... but in time, they begin to fall ... for the bigger they are, the more devestating their fall.

Which issue would be the best and most likley to a favorable outcome if someone sues?

Can people sue in groups or does it have to be individual?

I can see not fully disclosing what happens if you want to leave and presenting misleading information about blood transfusions as good issues , much more so if a member of the familly has died as a result or you have been cut of completely from your family.
Also the covering up of abusers , if someone was allowed to continue in the congregation and abused others when it could have been stope ealier if reported to the police.

I would really like to see the baptism of minors done away with, considering the contractural "spin" the JWs put on it.

How can someone who is baptized at the age of 8 or 9 - thinking they are just dedicating their life to God to do his will - comprehend the strong emotions that come with the 'bloom of youth'? or the concept of fornication? or that "disobedience" to the organization or having a "questioning" attitude (which most teens develop naturally) is liable to get them disfellowshipped, meaning the loss of friends, association, and even family members?

If the JWs truly followed Jesus' example, they wouldn't allow baptism until the age of 30.
