Hi! When you are ready, I'd like to graduate you from venting to Having a Plan. It is amazing the release it gives to reclaim some power over your life. Having a Plan will make attendance at the meetings that much more tolerable. Having a Plan will ease your wife in to the idea that you will NOT be attending as frequently as her, but that it comes with fringe benefits. Like dishes or a load of laundry done when she gets home and a relaxed and available husband.
The long term plan is that you are an integrated human being, behaving on the outside how you believe on the inside, and those closest to you reconciled with that.
