Who are the meek whom Jesus said would inherit the earth, and whom Psalm 37:29 says will live forever upon it?
Also, the following verses decribe "man-kind", not "spirit-kind", and reveals all of the bad things which are going to be removed from the earth - things which don't exist in heaven.
"Then I heard a loud voice from the throne say, 'Look! The Tent of The God is with mankind! He's going to pitch His Tent among them, then they'll be His people and He'll be their God. 4 He's going to wipe all the tears from their eyes and there won't be any more death, mourning, wailing, or pain, because all that used to be will be gone!'" (2001 Translation - an American English Bible)
If Christ's sacrifice was a ransom or propitiatory sacrifice to buy back what was lost, (1 John 2:2 - "And he is a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins....") then I've got to play Devil's Advocate and loudly shout, "Time Out - cheating going on!" - because if Jesus' life is equivalent to Adam's loss, (Romans 5:18) then how can the scales be balanced by giving 144,000/untold numbers a greater existence in heaven, but dumping countless others onto the earth!
None of Adam's descendents had any promises of going to heaven! (as far as I'm aware!)
