An elder in my area had his house raided by police because a brother was trying to charge him with covering up child abuse.
They took away the elder's files, in the end the clever wording and omissions was what saved his ass.
Needless to say the bro (who went to police) got disfellowshipped, but not before crying long and loud about the situation to anyone and everyone.
The elder is still an elder.
Do these new instructions apply to the UK? Can they be authenticated and dated?

Couldn't we have some copies of these DF forms? If a whole bunch of us then filled in the forms, with either spoof or real names and inundated the Branch with them, who knows what chaos might ensue?

Yes, this obviously has Legal involved and legalities are different from one country to another.
