The world are full of such organizations there's no need to create a new one.
Just shut the doors and say good bye.
You can't reform the WT like you can't polish a turd.
This will be a GREAT organization!

Take a Pioneer off the list and see if they continue to put in Pioneer hours. Without the title to go along with the "self-sacrifice", no JW will expend the effort...ever.
i had no interest in the title pioneer and the reason i stopped was i couldn't make the hours anymore . (approx 110/120 a month) i was still activate at the weekends and in the week even on my holiday. it changed later when my work became more erratic. when i was a kid i done pioneer days and i wasn't the best sort of pioneer. I think others were much more committed to the preaching than me.

Just have to point out, that is completely untrue. I have done, and still do. So do some of my friends and family that are Witnesses. No need to exaggerate, you're more intelligient than that..
Point taken. I was going off personal experience and observation. The JWs I've known consider donations to the WT to be the best, and only, way to give money to "charity". ' "Worldly" charities are corrupt, so why give them money?', etc.I was not intentionally exaggerating, but I did make an unfair blanket statement.

Except it is "organisation" that keeps getting in the way of "relationship".

all Christians to do those things by acts of real charity and
not apply it to giving service to eight magic men at Headquarters.
(16) Never ever use the word "organization" or "society" again
since these words are not in The Bible and the concepts of
"central control" and an "organization" you have to "associated with"
was done away with by Jesus Christ, when he died and the
Temple curtain to the Most Holy was torn in two, it was over.
Our only mediator is Christ, one on one, no men needed.
