Nice post.
It continues to blow me away when I read older magazines and see how authoratative they made their pronouncements - to be such epic fails.
What a total embarassment for them. No wonder these magazines are nowhere to be found on JW.org.
*As a side note, I recently noticed the "All Scripture Inspired" book has disappeared from the the JW.org library. I'm sure the reasoning book will be gone soon as well.

We have discussed this on here for a good while when you were away Focus, so you may not be aware that, to quote Monty Python, you are stating " the bleedin' obvious".
Having said that, it cannot ever be a bad thing to point out that, having painted themselves in to a corner, the WT/JW's will have to drop 1914, the Watchtower magazine and brand name (at least the Title of the mag will go, it will become JW.Org mag) and the never ending hype about the "End" being soon.
They will slowly morph over the next 5 to 10 years in to featuring more lifestyle issues, how Chrisitians should live, and help eachother to keep " without taint from the World".
To that end you can forsee a reversal on the big downer they have always had on socialising and on doing anything to interest the kids, the only way they will retain the present drones and their offspring is to actaully give them a religion they may enjoy somewhat.

.. It's amazing how many Witnesses miss the bleedin' obvious, though. Those pictures are like a slap in the face with a wet fish, even to people with an iq of 10 or less. Great post Focus ;) -

A child growing up today as a JW will be no more impressed by this line of evidence than I would have been 25 years ago when I was a child by evidence that Russell had said Armageddon would come by 1914.
There's precious little you can do when people have a selective short-term memory.

Agree D of T, we can never repeat this stuff enough for J.W's discovering this Site, they cannot ever get this TTATT unless it is plainly laid before them.

and holding witnesses to telling the truth, ask them at the door or in front of their carts:
"who will never die?" "is it not --only witnesses that are Armageddon survivors?" or " jws that make it through the great tribulation into paradise?"
if the answer is "yes, true, that is our teaching" then:
"are there any-- if not 2 million supercentenarian among the watch tower adherents?" if not:
" -is it not your teaching- that- even after having come this far, your god would kill them?"--" after the end/rapture of the overlapping generation[s]"

Since the Watchtower has specifically designated material critical of itself as spiritually-constituting "pornography" (The Watchtower, March 15, 1986, p13-15) and gangrene, and has repeatedly cast stones at those who have seen through their evil, greedy, deceitful, arrogant, happiness-destroying magazine-selling cult and MLM scam, the following response is, on balance, rather too mild:
