I wonder how good can the marriage of Samuel Herd be with his extremely male chauvanistic veiw of women and the disgust he feel when he percieves a woman trying usurp his headship priviledges? I'm sure they must have had some whopper disputes with that type on mentality predominating. With Mrs. Herd wearing a head covering everytime she wanted to give him some direction or pointers on how to exercise his head ship, and thus give proper recognition before God and his angel to the headship principle*.
