It's about *him*, not an expose of the WatchTower.

But it's a good example of how the congregations and the organization as a whole often covers things up and how the have insufficient safeguards and policies to properly protect the vulnerable that they control.

And make no mistake, the control people to an extent that most non-members will never be able to comprehend.

yes I knew John Walsh is on the hunt for Rich Mclean, not the wts. Not one mention that most of the time the victim is silenced. I quess McLean was not important enough to them. It just sounded like poor jws, this bad man hurt them. They breed these folks. I am very pround of that young girl for being so brave.

I think you are after too much - sometimes a less obvious news item get's more attention (less head-on for JWs to watch) but starts them thinking that there is really trouble in paradise and they are not being governed by a perfect spirit-directed organization as they claim.

But still, it's about the case and getting justice for the victim, not about underlying issues we have with the org.
