  Glad to hear it jgnat ! anything that adds to the old Cog. Diss. is good, eventually it builds until the false belief just has to go.

  I suppose I am being a bit subjective, thinking all JW's are as bad as I was, I am looking back at how obtuse I was as a JW. I could see all the similaritiies between my religion and these others, but dismissed them as of no importance, because "we have the truth, and they don't ".

  Oh, boy, was I a thickheaded JW. From being born-in, it took me 58 years to figure it all out !

  I'm going to warn my daughter about the blood doctrine and she is a big Divergent fan, so come to think of it I may throw some parallels from that movie in to the mix. The village sounds good too.

  " The Big Kahuna " is another really good movie with Danny Devito and Kevin Spacey in it . In the movie Devito & Spacey are two traveling salesmen who try to teach this young college grad how to sell and market oil lubricants. Problem is- this young college grad is a religious freak who wants to push his religion on customers instead of the company's oil lubricants. So it's quite a psychological lesson in being honest about NOT pushing one's belief systems on others to the exclusion of doing one's work in which he's being paid for. Devito & Spacey are absolutely brilliant in this movie ! I highly recommend it

  Ding, Apocalypse Now is perfect. Kurtz ( the god-man..GB?) goes up river (Hudson)to his compound at Warwick. Who goes up after the GB ? Type and Anti-type
