The Hall near here had one put on 3 weeks ago now, its about 4 - 5 metres off the ground.

Haven't had a chance to stop by and take a pic yet. Didn't want to do it on Sunday because it just looks so much scarier when it's unoccupied. I'll try and get around to it today

I saw one on a hall in the Rochester, NY area. I work with a witness & mentioned how everything is being downsized & slowing down. He said they were "simplifying". You just have to marvel at those spin doctors.
