Re: 2015 Calendar in English

Dear Brothers:
We are writing regarding the 2015 Calendar in English that will be shipped to congregations
beginning mid-October. Some copies of the 2015 Calendar in English contain errors. For
example, the Memorial Bible reading schedule is not accurate. Therefore, please follow the Memorial
Bible reading schedule found in Examining the Scriptures—2015 instead of the schedule
found in the 2015 Calendar in English.
Additionally, the calendars that contain errors also emphasize starting Bible studies on
the first Saturday of each month. However, as noted in the December 2014 Our Kingdom Ministry,
this arrangement will be discontinued as of January 2015.
Please be assured of our warm Christian love.

PS to coordinator of the body of elders:

If many publishers in your congregation have requested the 2015 Calendar in English,
please arrange for this letter to be read to the congregation at the first Service Meeting after its
receipt. Thereafter, it should be posted on the information board. If only a few publishers have
requested the calendar, please arrange for this information to be conveyed to them personally.

All of this would be a complete non-newsworthy event if it were not for the fact that the GB claim they are the anointed of Jehovah!

Which makes the following claim rather silly:

"To this day the Governing Body follows similar guidelines. Each article in both The Watchtower and Awake! and every page, including the artwork, is scrutinized by selected members of the Governing Body before it is printed. Furthermore, those who assist in writing articles for The Watchtower are Christian elders who appreciate the seriousness of their assignment. (Compare 2　Chronicles 19:7.) They spend many hours in researching the Bible and other reference material to make sure that what is written is the truth and that it faithfully follows the Scriptures. (Ecclesiastes 12:9, 10; 2　Timothy 1:13) It is not unusual for one magazine article — that you may read in 15 minutes — to take from two weeks to over a month to prepare.

19 Therefore, you can read The Watchtower and Awake! with confidence. But you can do more. You can enthusiastically offer these magazines to others..."
