Shirley, that's a great excerpt to quote.
The conclusion then is either:
- The GB do NOT actually "scrutinize" each and every WTBTS publication, or
- All of them are poor proof-readers.
Either way, Holy Spirit ain't got nothin' to do with it, baby!

you can read The Watchtower and Awake! with confidence .
Does that includes the calendar? So if I read it with confidence, during the 2015 year I will guess of the Bible reading messed up!
We are writing regarding the 2015 Calendar in English that will be shipped to congregations
beginning mid-October. Some copies of the 2015 Calendar in English contain errors.
It sounds like they still have the incorrect calendars in their possesion and are going to ship them anyway. Putting the wrong Date on things never stopped them in the past.....why worry about it now?
Additionally, the calendars that contain errors also emphasize starting Bible studies on
the first Saturday of each month. However, as noted in the December 2014 Our Kingdom Ministry,
this arrangement will be discontinued as of January 2015.
I always found it odd that they'd emphasize starting Bible Studies on certain days. Isn't that the whole purpose on any day spent in field service? Looks like they realized that themselves.
I notice that so many of the odd things I noticed while growing up as a JW, are now being corrected. It seems like the "new guard" is doing a little housecleaning. I expect them to do away with presenting the Watchtower at the doors. I never understood why anyone who wasn't a JW would want to read them.
"Memorial Bible reading schedule"
Starting Bible studies on Saturday.
Do neither of them and it will be irrelevant.
I used to work on calendars at Bethel when they were so much simpler. Our main concern was the artwork colors being off-register. This was the beardless Jesus days.

As typical of WT blunders....no self-condemnation or apology to the rank & file who are the recipients of 'Mother's failings!!!
I like this earlier post:

Sometimes you get an insight of how the Borg works. If these calendars have the "use the magazines on Saturdays", that means that the change to discontinued this arragement was made on-the-fly, recently, after they printed the calendars.
All of these makes me winder, how far ahead do they plan things?
Pharisee, oh Pharisee
you pompous twits don't care, I see
pontificating pointless rules you're looking like a bunch of tools
in point of fact, the old guys drool and all the rest applaud the fools.

For the record, to date there have been errors in alltheir calendars. The predicted end has still not arrived.
