The borg were such a great enemy.
I liked TNG movies as well - the last one with Data was pretty moving.
There are so many! "This Side of Paradise", in which Spock falls in love and is reduced to tears. is a favorite of the original. Of course, the Khan episode and resulting flick #2 "Wrath of Khan", can be watched over and over ........ TNG would have to be my favorite spin-off series, with DS-9 and Voyageur next. I just watched episodes 1&2 of DS-9, and enjoying watching the series again! It's been a long time. :D
It's hard to say fav episodes of any of the ST shows, indeed, the original had "Trouble with Tribbles" ,,,, Spock's arranged marriage episode "Live Long and Prosper" what a great one that was, and Captain "Jerk" had so many women - even a green one! :P Too many to choose just 'one'.

TOS was as far as I made it before I lost interest in the series (Age, I guess...)
The Inner Light (TOS Season 5, Episode 25) hands down.. It received a Hugo award for good reason.
LOL - I meant to say, TNG
I love tng and voyager...
great character development.
I agree too with punky. Tapestry was a great episode...
LOL @ Awatcher,......as usual.
DD
I liked the Voyager episode where the crew has to confront Fear in a personified form (in the holodeck).
Has to be TOS episode: "City of the Edge of Forever". Won an Emmy, written by Harlan Ellison, starring Joan Collins. As an alternative, "Mirror Mirror" w/ evil, bearded Spock. Awesome!
I started watching the original 'Star Trek' when it started back in the 70's.
But my all-time favorite is the Star Trek movie, "Wrath of Kahn". Riccardo Montalban was great as Kahn.
Take Care,
