If you go to Google and just type in, “Jehovah Witness” about 10 different articles pop up about Tony’s comment with the gays wanting men in tight pants! I didn’t play with any other Google Words yet but comment is getting a lot of publicity!

I hope a major news network picks this up. As long as it stays on LGBT websites JDubs will ignore it.
He has gone too far this time. In my neck of the woods, JWs are returning their recently purchaced leggings back to Macys, and buying sweatpants. Its sad to see. The judgementalism just in the past 2 days has been soaring among the sisters.

Even if they do, it will do nothing to JWs. It will just be proof that this system has just kept deteriorating and they're trying to force their views on the JWs and force them to accept gays in spite of the bible's statements against them. Just more fuel to the persecution complex fire.

I don't hate the people that wear them, I just hate the look. And if they are "emo" I dislike that look even more. so lame

I agree with you, skinny jeans look stupid. The problem is not expressing a negative oppinion, the problem is when the claim is made that the oppinion is based on scripture, and that the counsel is coming from jesus, not the branch (which is exactly the claim AMIII made in his concluding prayer).
I also think that large mustaches with waxed, turned up twirly ends look silly. Does that mean that it should become law that no one is allowed to express themselves by having such a mustache?
If any other religion is telling its adherents how to dress to this extent and claiming it's based on the bible, then yes, I have an issue with that. The thing is, this is a board focused on JWs, so we're mostly going to discuss the JWs.
