Have one last meeting and then fall upon their swords.
What should the WBT$ do to get on track?

My advice is to humanize the religion more by putting more of a face to it.
So get more of those talks out there by the GB. No need to keep them on script, they're smart guys, they're guided by holy spirit, let them say whatever comes to mind.
Get more of those cartoons out there. Make sure there's always that look of disapproval from the mom. Kids respond well to that.
Since they re-define a lot of words anyways, why not just go ahead and write a dictionary? Maybe then more people can appreciate the linguistics of the word 'generation'.

Brand the JW.org product more. They're a printing group after all, print the brand on mugs, pencils, pens, iphone and ipad covers, T-shirts, bathers, shirts, ties, scarfs, and anything else that can accommodate the label. Branding works.
Get the JWs to build schools, retirement villages and nursing homes, then sell them and build some more.

Radically change the elder arrangement so that they "serve" the congregation by giving talks and taking care of organizational trivia only.
Remove ALL judicial power from them.
It is a bad idea to have your supposed sheperds also be your penalty enforcers.

Admit they are and always have been only ordinary men, guessing at what the Bible really says.
Stop trying to intervene in peoples personal relationship with God .
Apologize to those members and former members who's families have been destroyed by thier blunders and stop trying to be God's policemen, enforcing their interpretation of God's will, in peoples personal lives.
Give a regular detailed honest accounting of how donations are spent.
Stop saying that "We don't serve with a date in mind" and "no one know the day and hour" while at the same time saying the "end" is soooo close.
Do more to help people improve their lives now in a real and tangible way rather that promoting the idea that the more they do to promote their agenda, the better their lives will be.

When I came across this forum 6 months or so back, I was of the opinion that 1 or 2 things needed changing, for the improvement of the Borg.
I pestered a few members, who said it was unreformable.
After much research, observation, and painful personal experience, I have come to the same conclusion.
Anyone who has taken an Organizational Behaviour course will know that this Organization cannot change.
It will decrease over the coming years - what it's eventual shape or form will be is indeterminate.

I hope it shrivels and dies. I would hate to see it "get back on track" in the sense of trapping more people in to the cult.
There are simple things they could easily do to make it appeal to more people, but I am not saying what they are on here, they might implement them.
Shrivel and die you worthless Bas***ds.

Issue an edict to drink the Kool-Aid, for real. That will weed out all the people who are 'on the fence', and the corporation would be in hot water. Government would finally have to step in.
Those who drink the Kool-Aid can look forward to their reward in a "paradise". *shrugs* Well, they are miserable now, might as well end it.

Admit to their members that their religion is based on speculation re. 1914

Three years ago I would have written a long list of changes that could have been made. Now I realise you would just be polishing a turd. Someone said disband and give the money away. Can't argue with that.
