Hmmm,
I guess I missed the part with Ray Franz, never knew he was on the show. I’ll have to replay the tape again ;-)
Is there any question in anybody’s mind this is a cult? I didn't think so. I’m so very ashamed I was ever part of this obscenity known as the Watch Tower.

I noticed their warm Christian love that they displayed to the people who disclosed they had been abused. Was truly inspiring th read how they reached out to offer support and help
So unlike those nasty apostates who are cold and self-serving

I saw some surprising comments, such as one calling for "improvements" in the way these matters are handled. I felt sorry for the poor woman who left for 10 years due to abuse of her three children; she termed herself a "rebellious wife" for sticking up for her kids, and now she is evidently back in.

I shouldn't have read all those JW comments they were not upbuilding.
They only tore down.
My conscience is bothering me now, I mean, they even spread rumors and lies(Ray Franz) to scare people away from the show!
I must be stronger next time. I think I'll pray now or read my horoscope.
It's scary how easy it is to fall back into JW thinking!ChiChi

As Waiting mentioned, I, too, noticed those who spoke of their own experiences with molestation and abuse....and how they blamed themselves for the inaction of the elders. How inexplicably sad.
I still cannot fathom how JWs can acknowledge (at least some of them) that there are serious problems in the way that the Society handles these issues and then in the next sentence, figuratively shrug their shoulders and declare "Jehovah will take care of it in His due time".
This is, and has always been, the biggest copout of all time. Just sit on your hands, nod appreciatively at every ridiculous emanation from Brooklyn, and close your eyes to every wrongful death, every suicide caused by people feeling inadequate to live up to "God's" standards, every life ruined through abuse or molestation.
I think I need to barf now....or find me a Witless to smack.

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!
They had a thread on the open forum, which was closed, because they "should not be discussing things which could harm us" on an open forum.
They blame the victim, protect the perp and deny that there is anything wrong.
"Jehovah will take care of it...."
Yeah, right! I wish I could go in and spit in the face of each one...better yet, barf on top of their heads after eating some milk....(milk barfs up really bad....trust me.)
