Not sure if I'd be much fun. I am pregnant and due in August, so I can't drink or anything like that. I will also be about 8 months pregnant and I'm not supposed to leave the area within a month of my due date, in case I go into labor early. I would like to know about any future apostofests that happen, though. Thanks!

Hi there & Welcome

I am in North Minneapolis but attended the Northeast Mpls. and Arden Hills congregations. My family still attends the North Mpls or Brooklyn Center ones if I remember right-- we don't exactly talk about that anymore ...lol
I have been out for 7 years (since 1995) but was only in the Wt for a little over a year. Anyone else go to those at that time ? <>< Angie

hey scootergirl--i think i know you! i also was in st cloud north up until about 2 1/2 yrs ago. so if anyone was from there or a surrounding area of upto about 50-75 miles, let me know.

p.s. scooter and i were toying with the idea of apostapalooza--what do you all think??!?

Wow, what a flashback. I was at that International convention in Winnepeg
too!!! Forever ago, wasn't it?

I had friends in a congregation in Hokah, MN and I grew up near there, across
the river in WI.

Undine.....remember how hot it was at the Winepeg convention? I remember sitting in that hot sun and getting burned....I think it rained and I also remember driving all that way from Minnesota and my best friend, Katie Z., vomitting in my pillowcase. LOL

Now that you mention it, yes, I DO remember the heat and also the rain! I also remember that we took a Greyhound bus to get there from Wisconsin and it took 24 hours each way. (Unreal) I see that you have a similar, er, unsavory memory~ Wow, it seems absolutely forever ago. Glad you brought it up!
