those guys who nicked the name football to play rugby wrapped up in bed clothes don't know what we're talking about.

England versus Brazil? Wow, the Brazilians are absolutely superb footballers, especially when they utilise the long ball through the centre of their midfield. Ronaldo & Ravelino are a formidable duo, Ronaldo has an explosive form that few can keep up with.

I see it this way: Brazil will dominate and achieve about 62% of the possession. They will be the main attackers and England will be forced to defend. Brazils natural aggression will mean plenty of free kicks for England, who will utilise Beckham to lay on balls to Heskey and Owen from set pieces.

I forecast a 2 - 2 result with extra time being played to decide the winner. Hopefully, Brazil will falter through sheer exhaustion, England having benefitted from 2 days extra rest.

The US have a skilful team that has an excellent chance of coping with a German team that is somewhat weary and stale. Whilst the Germans are undoubted favourites to win this one, the US are fresh and inventive in their play, they could well surprise Germany who have shown their fallible side to other teams previously.

Like when England stuffed them 5 - 1!
