Well, I THINK she's still around some........but SevenOfNine can be soooooooo elusive! I miss her.........and Zazu's humor. Frenchy could tell the BEST jokes......and a serious kindness hard to beat.

Maybe it's a consequence of 9/11. Maybe it's because of the phase the moon is in or the beer I just drank, but here lately I've become a lot more reflective of where I am in life and what's really important to me.
Whatever a trained professional might discover, one thing I've figured out for myself is that part of my attitude is: I live in a city I didn't grow up in. So, starting from the time I moved here, most of the people I've taken the time to interest myself in are part of a religion that I'm no longer a member of so they are no longer in my life. They don't talk to me now.
Also, (and since I didn't grow up here) I don't have a single family member who lives close by and, since I didn't go to any of the schools here, all of the people that I meet who think they know me from school are mistaken. I associate and meet people who are, to my way of thinking, total strangers to who I am on the inside. Without exception, over the past year (at least), the people who have peered into my feeble mind are, I'm sad / delighted to say, are those that I've met here at JW.com.
I don't know....
It's just something I wanted to say. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic and maybe Billy Ocean's song Color of Love (that's playing now) has something to do with it. Btw, what *is* the color of love?
p.s. I miss Shelby and Seeker, too (forgot to mention them earlier). Didn't hardly agree with them all the time, but I count them both as life-long friends, sho nuff.
Valis......Dude. What's up brother. I miss posting. I wish I could post more but as you know I share a computer with Xena and she has a very powerful elbow move. My doctor recommended that I cut down on my posting until the ribs heal.
Oh My GOD!!!! I think I hear her coming now. I have to ggggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!

Hi, I just got back home from work and noticed this thread.
I miss LaDonna, I had her e-mail addy not to long ago but, once again before I got this computer, my old computer crashed and I lost the addy.
I miss UncleBruce too, I know his heart belongs to another but we all have to have a fantasy. He's mine. LOL
I also miss Logical. He always felt as if no one cared for him. I did, and still do. Thank you Wendy, for letting us know he is doing well.
Es, I really miss her. She was a very compassionate poster. I believe she said she has MS. I would like to know how she is doing. I really worry about her.
Friday, I miss him too. I always saw something in him that I don't think others saw. Not trying to elevate myself in anyway but I seem to be able to see past written words of others and feel their pain. I think Friday/Yadirf was putting up a front to hide his pain from us.
GinnyT, God, she is one very intelligent woman. I wish I was more like her. She is also very nice.
Someone mentioned Cowgirl. Funny, I was thinking about her just the other day. I wonder if she has finished with the classes she was taking?
I didn't know Maximus* well, but I know we needed him here and still do. He was one of the best for giving the facts about the WT. Not that AlanF or Farkel for that matter are any less valued here.
I also miss Nelly, I used to have such a good time with her in chat.
I know I've missed some but when I think of them I will edit my post.
OMG, I can't believe I almost forgot Kenny! Kenny, where are you??

I miss BugEye, LadyBug, Esther and Thinker. Thinker's Wife pipes up now and then, which is cool, but Thinker's posts usually intrigued me.
I was wondering about Maximus and his health (and Mrs. Max's), too, the other day.
And I miss Seeker and ExPatBrit and Dedalus and Deacon (what was Deacon's wife's s/n? She was a sweetie in chat, too) .
Speaking of chat -- there haven't been many good WHACKS and grope hugs in there without Think41Self participating. Guess Doug's keeping her all to himself these days...
tyydyy...methinks X needs a little restraint..or pehaps a lot...heheh....just let me know when I need to come down and provide council...
Sincerely,
District Overbeer
Larc, I will let him know.
Teejay, the color of love is red
I also forgot to mention a handful, I hope if they are watching they don't mind. I wondered about Moxy as well. Expat made a post at Kent's not long ago saying he was going on vacation, I hope he is okay, has anyone heard from him? I know 7of9 is still here, but how I miss her humourous, and intelligent input on threads. Neyank, is posting some, and I enjoy his comments, I am always so glad to see them. Notperfectyet my cyber mommy finally spoke to her after a few months lapse. Deacon, I miss him too. Thinkers wife Aww she is one sweet lady, and funnnny! We are def long lost sisters haha. Bugsy and Ladybug, I know they moved in real life and in cyber, off this board, for their own reason, but I sure miss them. Seeker, also moved on from the boards, he had burnout I think after so much time here. I guess that is the way it goes as the young ones come on to take the "older" ones place. Alamb is another who I often email with, but am behind on, she doesn't post much but has a story 10 miles long and is a wonderful woman. Wannahelp what a sweetie, so glad to have been able to "meet" him via phone, we could talk for hours. He also has been staying away from the boards for a few months now. Frenchy...The French Knight Slayerlayer GET OFF THE DRUGS MAN!!!! I say that because I love him, and so many others do as well
It is strange...how deeply my life has been touched by those here. I guess that is why when there is a disagreement it gets so heated eh? When there are tears they are real. And when I laugh, my monitor and keyboard usually suffer if I am attempting to drink at the same time. I have so enjoyed getting to know you all.
wendy(missing some I sorry)
Yes, SevenOfNine ... I think she is just busy with work but I miss hearing her voice on here too.
Frenchy of course - another one of the early posters who still pops in from time to time.
I too was wondering about thinker .... maybe his wife just hogs the computer huh?!
Im sure Logical was in chat yesterday,he also posted a reply to the thread below providing it is the Logical of old?
