I'm so sorry you're going through this. Broken hearts suck! Been there a couple times! Just give yourself some time. One of these days you'll find someone who loves you and is proud of you for who you are inside. In the meantime, just be gentle on yourself and let yourself mourn. Going through it is the only way to get over it! Just think...if she's not The One, just imagine how wonderful The One really is!
