I'm going nuts trying to get sound. I got vision for the little tape (windows that simon put up) thingy but not sound. I've pressed the sound off thing. What pisses me off is that if one of my kids was here they'd walk in and get sound for me within 2 second. No one around till next week to help me. boo hoo!! There must be something wrong with our sound thing coz even when I got the BBC page to play for a couple of minutes before it crashed, there was no sound on that eitehr. AND yes I have prressed every bloody button that looks connected to audio that I can find. Any further suggestions.

I know what you mean Marylin. Same here I didn't have sound yesterday. took me hours to discover why. I'll keep the rest to myself.
but just incase do you have access to volume control from your tool bar? or from
"Start" "settings" "control panel" "Sound"?

If you are running windows , anything earlier then XP then it may be the same as mine.
if you see a speaker icon on your tool bar try right click on it

Talk about righteous indignation! The responding JW's are acting typical...they haven't a clue what's going on in their organization. They've got their elders so high on a pedestal they're getting nose bleeds! Some are responding who are not JW's that can't possibly believe this is true. HELLO-O-O-O.

That is the biggest problem. How do you respond to millions of people who are looking at it like they are millions of people who know more tthen the 50 or 100 people who have been where the rest of them haven't...yet?
I've been trying to think of what would BE the BEST response to them and put asside the ignorance factor. any suggestions?
Plm: Well, I tried to get across that the Watchtower was a high control and programmed group; JW's only know what they are told by the Watctower but they aren't really aware of what is really going on. What they think is the truth, really isn't and I have no doubt of the authenticity of the facts. I also was real irritated that so many JW's are posting that the facts were given by apostates who were kicked out because they misbehaved or did something they shouldn't so the apostates have a bone to pick and are spreading lies. REALLY PISSED ME OFF (Sorry). I got my two cents in about people who voluntarily leave after researching the organization and why and how they are also shunned by this LOVING FRIGGIN' organization. I also called the WTS a Pedophile paradise! Two Witness Rule....what a joke. I called it obstructing justice and saving their image.
