The rebellion of Adam and Eve caused great damage to the human race. Mankind's Paradise home was lost! Since then, human governments have failed to shelter people from war, crime, and injustice. Those looking to find fault can easily find it in an imperfect setting. In the United States people get at least 2 strikes for most crimes. Even if they do some time they get to be "free" again. Hence the phrase "land of the free".
Most ExJW's and apostates, which is what they really are, love to find fault with people. Satan (the ruler of this world) does that as well.
I believe that the figure of 23,720 was for North America and English speaking Europe only.

As a victim of one of those 23,720 pedophiles I can honestly say I don't care what country they come from.
