Beck, I used to have dreams like that very vivid too. The weird thing is about 2 years before I even thought about any doubts, I started dreaming I was on the other side . I could see some faithful witnesses on one side of the ground that had split into, I would just stand there and be heartbroken.

Once I left the borg , the dreams got even worse. It has been a year now and I havent had any armeggedon dreams here lately.

Sometimes it crosses my mind that the big A might hit, then I refuse to think about it.

Right now I don't give a flying fig newton, about it all.

managed to stop that fear a few yrs ago by realizing that when i rejected jw beliefs i also accepted a mortal life span, so im gonna die anyway, just like everyone else, so to die at armageddon IF it happens would be a bit more exciting than being run over by a bus!....... look its just my way of coping ok?!!!

When young I used to have those.....funny how they seem to take after a scene out of the 'Paradise Lost Paradise Regained' (tm) book, isn't it? I think that book did more mind damage than anything else ever printed by WBTS.

As I got older, the big "A" didn't scare me anymore, after reading the Bible, I concluded that all Christians were admonished to be joyful at its arrival....not afraid!

Its odd how the term "fear inspiring" has become equated with "terrifying" .... I guess JWs are a terror driven org as a whole.

You bring back a forgotten memory of that pretty pink "paradise" book with that horrible picture of the crazily tilting collapsing skyscrapers with the screaming terrified people underneath,!!! Why did you DO that!??

You mean you missed it? It was probably eclipsed by the drop in the stock market. Damn dubs: can't even get press coverage when they get something right!
