Ohhhhhhh, How Lovely!!!!!!!! Your Petunias are gorgeous! I don't know the names of most of your flowers & plants - we Southerners are encouraged NOT to wish for the proper English Gardens. Damned humidity and drought conditions right now.

I am duly impressed with your green grass! That's quite an accomplishment (one I haven't quite got figured out yet btw).

I would assume that Her Ladyship has a tad to do with your beautiful garden? No? Remember...........I SAW her enter as a new poster...............

I think your BBQ was a smashing success, Eman - and kudos to your and your family for sponsoring it. Your loving actions & beer encourage us to be more outgoing....like you.

I just feel sooooooooo special for this thread! (and I did just get home from work and it's 98 degrees outside - so I'm NOT going out in my garden.)

WOW! Now that is a true "English Garden". Did Ground Force come in and do that?

Or.......is Ground Force named Her Ladyship?

Btw, Eman, I was telling my husband about your fine backyard - and also complimenting him that my garden never looked better than this year. The reason? I was demanding an in-ground sprinkler system on our 1/2 acre a couple of summers ago. He figured the cost and then reconfigured our above ground water sprinkler.

Now the darned thing's so complicated with timers, etc., I don't dare touch it......and he's told me as much. However, now that HE's involved with the maintainance of the flowers & grass, he takes more interest in them - at least the technical aspects.

Enjoyed you providing a lovely stroll in your English garden, Eman!
