I suspect this is really good news. Like the book is sold out at amazon!
Hopefully, another printing will be in the works soon.
That means a LOT of people are reading it. More than they expected.
Get in touch with the publisher because those numbers are going to become even greater after the march.

I got my copy of COC from Amazon about 3 weeks ago. And i just ordered the one about 607 2 days ago. the order was confirmed.
BTW, what is the privcy new light at amazon? Should i be concerned?
