Starting the flames

    Mmm,

    HL does this thing where she grills chunks of Haloumi cheese and mixes it with Bulgar wheat and other stuff. Don't know what it is but I keep telling her that she is doing very well as my present wife.

    Then she hits me, where am I going wrong?

    Englisssssshman. S is stickin'.

    Gas Grill, chicken with special sauce, or some pork loins, or steak, or well any flesh reltated product.......

    Charcoal. The only way to go. I grill about 4 nights a week. Steaks, hamburgers, bratwurst, pork chops, pork tenderloin, chicken, turkey, corn, onions; whatever.

    Funny story: A few years ago I worked with a guy he was also into serious grilling, also a charcoal only guy. So he's debeating the merits of gas vs. charcoal with our administrative assistant (who liked gas because it was quick). He tells her the whole thing about ambiance, the smoke, conversation, have a glass of wine and ends with "it's like foreplay."

    To which she says "John, either that is very GOOD wine or very BAD foreplay."
