The OP could have been written by me. My impressions exactly. The number baptized is on a par with growth rate. Yours was .37%. We had 6800 attendance and 27 baptized, .39%.

With the number of baptisms so low and considering the attrition of membership due to deaths, DF'ings, DA'ings and those fading it's hard to believe the yearly numbers that show an increase in the total number of publishers.
Can we really believe the published yearly increases in publishers?
