If something was to happen in the Phillipines that day, wouldn't that bring attention to the JWs. Then when they do a little bit of research, wham, everybody sees the march.

Let's just hope for the sake of the Tower that some errant Witness doesn't decide to whip out an AK47 and use the "watering your rose garden" firing technique on the protestors! Note that even the Tower itself has lamented the fact that it cannot actually do this due to LAWS!!!!!!

A 120 mile march from Crooklyn to Patterson would REALLY be mind-blowing, eh? Even if it took 3 or 4 days, wouldn't that be something? Then the media could follow along the whole time! Exciting just like the old Bible days. (For those not so healthy, maybe a Jazzy Scooter to ride along). ;-)
