Good point, Ozzie - the old bloke's wearing full suit and tie (and waistcoat!) and the Dub isn't (although he's still overdressed IMO!).

When I was an MS a meeting was called regarding a sister in need of financial assistance. There were about five of us "brothers" sitting there listening to her pour her hear out and reluctantly ask for some help... she didn't want a monthly check... just a one time help to get through a difficult time.
The "brothers" declined to offer her a single red cent... instead referred her to "Caesars resources" I get sick thinking about it to this day.

I think they're either leeks or irises.
Probably Irises, because leeks are edible.
