WOWOW! Thanks to Hawk and Marvin and HS for explaining the tangled web of WT writings, rules, explanations, secret 'verbal' instructions, etc. (I never had a clue when I was a dub. This is so sickening I could puke.)
Can we assume the plaintiff's attorney already HAS in his possession these very writings of the WTS from the Question Box, the KM, KS, Flock books, etc.? Can they present these WTS writings into court? Can Marvin go testify to the secret 'verbal' instructions at elder schools? ;-) I sure hope all these convoluted WT rules/writings are made public.

The following is basically what the "Pay Attention to Yourselves and to All the Flock" (Secret Elders Rule Book) says about Rape:
Rape, for example, is porneia for the aggressor but not for the victim.
HOWEVER, that is MOST DEFINITELY NOT how the Watchtower Society views Rape (depending on which New Light they are in at the moment).
