I'll be there. (Was that a song title?) Having said that I don't feel too well, could be coming down with something.....
There is a new WiFi system installed at AMEX earlier this year so most attendees will be able to keep themselves occupied during the sessions.

I was hoping you'd be there. Even though we don't know each other it's good to know there will be at least one other person from on here sharing the "fun" with me.

Don't forget to make a note of the peak Sunday attendance, and the baptism figures. -

Yawn. Yawn. Yawn. Can't wait for the second bit of the drama so I can rebuild my faith in Jesus. -

Our RC was this last week end and our baptism figures were 9 out of an attendance of 4500+. Eight of these were young adults or teens. It seems like the growth rate is dropping. This RC was in Saskatchewan , Canada. -

TBH today was not too bad. I dozed through most of it. The drama is geared up at hitting anyone who is wavering faith wise, encouraging them to consider the "many and undeniable" truths about Jesus' life, ministry and miracles.
The talk on inactive ones completely ignores the fact that people do actively decide that the org is not for them and want out. It plays the card that inactive ones still believe in Jehovah's promises and just need love bombing back.
The encouraging thing was seeing a number of people looking very disengaged, not clapping, not singing, looking around in the prayer etc. and the large number of beards, some of them truely awesome.
Attendance 7800 and 8200 or 8400 (can't remember) which I would suggest points to a Sunday attendance at around 10-11k, 12 if they are VERY lucky.

Brighton! I'm surprised anyone can get to the auditorium. It's the "Green" capital of the UK - all bicycle lanes and no cars allowed! Absolute mess.
