The RC is at the Brighton and Hove Albion FC stadium on the edge of the city. As for Brighton being a mess I think it's one of the best urban areas in the UK. Very bohemian, alternative, compact and by the sea. Love the place and the football team.

Each to his or her own Konceptual. If the rest of the UK was run like Brighton no one would travel anywhere if they wanted something more powerful than a bicycle. Don't go in for the lentil eating sandal wearing car hating lifestyle myself.

So just over 9k here today and somewhere around 25, 30 tops baptised.
Popped out for a while as it's Letts doing a sound drama.
Just had a talk about growth and delegating reponsibility where the speaker said that in a "recent period 2.7 million people have been baptised". I don't think it's that recent. Got to be the best part of decade surely.

seems low for a 30k plus stadium? 2.7 million is impressive, shame he didn't speak about the Earth's population topping 7.25 billion, then its not so impressive -

Indeed Jook. I don't think they have assigned many more than around 10k. Actually putting 30k in the Amex would be quite tough as it's bad enough logistics wise for a football game here. -

So there were 9600 odd at Brighton today. The number baptised was 32. 19 & 13 - but I can't remember which way round it was as I was dozing.
The upside was that I met BluesBrother. It was a shame we did not have long to chat but it was great to put a face to a name and a pleasure to meet him!

Forgot to say as well that the Kings from Portsmouth were there. They have brought their son back from Spain and are back living in the UK.
