It took about seven hours and putting 170 miles on my car, but I finished up all of the KH's I was assigned by Lin and Jesika (not very biblical for them to take the lead over a man like that! ) Irving- 2804 Rock Island Road Euless/Bedford- 490 Westpark Way (off 183/121 Junction) Grapevine- 3408 Hall Johnson Road (off Pool Road) Flower Mound- 4611 Kirkpatrick Lane Keller- 2049 Willis Lane Arlington- 5700 Kelly Elliott Road ...... - 1115 W. Park Row Drive Grand Prarie- 2330 Corn Valley Road Farmers Branch- 2400 Havenhurst Avenue

Three of them had JWs there. The first one (Grapevine) had a man and a woman standing just outside the main entrance with a truck. I handed my lamb and flyers to the man and said, "Here, this is for the Silent Lambs." and started to leave. He looked at it for a few seconds and responded by trying to hand them back saying, "No thanks". I turned and said with a smile, "Oh, there yours to keep!" and got in my car and left. He was friendly but obviously upset by my presence.

By the time I got to the second hall with JWs (Farmers Branch ) it was getting late and the JWs were arriving for the meeting. At the time no one was outside, but there were a few parked cars. First I placed my flyers in the door and the Lamb at the base of the door. Then I went back to my car and got some flyers and started putting them on all of the cars there. By the time I got to about the 5th car the brothers were coming out like ants from a hill that was just stepped on. The "Alpha Male" asked: "What are you doing?" I replied with a smile, "Just passing out flyers.", finished the car I was on and started on the next. The man was not happy about that so he said, "Sir, this is private property, I'll have to ask you to leave." I replied, again with a smile: "Sure." and promptly got in my car and left... making sure I smiled and waved to the man as I drove past on the street. He didn't wave back.

The third one (Irving ) also had JWs arriving for the meeting. It was a Spanish speaking congregation so I really was not able to communicate effectively. I drove up to the "drop off" in front of the main entrance and handed my flyers and Lamb to two young men at the door. I did not try to go in. I just said, "Here, could you make sure the elders get this." The one guy that accepted them obviously did not speak English and stammered a bit not knowing how to respond to me, the other guy then took them from him. I don't know if he spoke English or not. I then got back in my car and left.

The rest of the KH's either did not have anyone there or had cars on which I placed flyers.

Accomplished! The know we're here! .

Here is a scan of one of the flyers I passed out. It is only about 2.5 by 5 inches.

    Hi Elsewhere

:I turned and said with a smile, "Oh, there yours to keep!" and got in my car and left. He was friendly but obviously upset by my presence.

Now he knows how many must have felt when they used to do the same with all those wonderful "Kingdom News" tracts we used to leave in people's hands.

    great effort btw

I really like those flyers. Brief and to the point. Now, that's good writing.

(Tracts ... I remember those ... "Good news! Here's Kingdom News number x!" Oy.

    Elsewhere,

Wow, I read the flyer and got goosebumps.

How many child molestors allow two people to watch as he rapes a child?

That is word for word what I asked every elder in my old congregation (White Rock) from 1988-1991. I asked that same question to a couple of COs and 1 DO. I asked that same question when I wrote the Society. Not once, from any of these men did I ever receive an answer. I can't tell you how much it means to me to see you guys handing out flyers now asking the same question again. You're a good man Elsewhere, and don't let anyone ever tell you different.

    That is so

Being confronted like that would have me so nervous, you handled it very well!

This flyer is perfect, it gets the message accross without being too wordy and has the website clearly listed. I love it! Thank you for giving so much to this important cause!

"Sir, this is private property----------- The Jehovah's Witness

Obviously he doesn't realize that the WTS, his organization, went to the Supreme Court to fight for the right to proceed on private property without "checking" in. (see Stratton, Ohio)

the WTS fighting for freedom of speech, now THERE'S an oxymoron.......
