  Feel free to keep posting idiotic topics like you did yesterday. From time to time we need some good speech and debate. Helps us keep our sharp minds, keep on our toes. But, please, at least make a somewhat logical arguement.

  You talk about apostates being the attackers- JWs can be some of the most guilty perpetrators of the persecution they

  so often speak of. I am currently inactive, but I have been treated as an outcast by family and friends. I am not included

  in anything they do, and told how I am going to die at armageddon. How loving is that?? Maybe that is what they truly

  believe - but what right do they have to treat others that may not look at it exactly the way they do like trash to be tossed out??

  I do not routinely put active JWs down for their beliefs, for I understand how it is to be there. And maybe right now, JWs are under

  an attack--but maybe those Elders and the Society should have thought of that along time ago before they treated others so

  harshly.

  The Society is not synonymous with God-contrary to most JW beliefs. You can't say that because the Society says soemthing

  that it is from God. That is very presumptuous on the part of the people and in my opinion an insult to God himself. We are

  all going to be judged accordingly and individually based on our own merit, by the same God. When the end comes, I do

  not believe that being a JW or any other part of an organized religion is going to automatically save you just because you

  claim to be a part of it. God is not that shallow folks.

  We need to be true Christians from our hearts, not through convoluted man made biblical reasonings.

  Get a clue, please.

  I love this board, its a place where even you can express your own mind away from the borg. Use your god given conscience to make desisions for yourself. It's a healthy thing. The WBTS is always talking about "new light" and this is it !!! It's called reality !!! There is alot of corruption within the organization and they need to be held accountable for their actions, if there is a judgement day I would hate to be them.

  Perhaps it does appear at times that we are "on the attack". Many people on here have been hurt by the WTBTS, and we are learning how to cope and express our concerns. Difference of opinion does not mean we are attacking each other. But, we are discussing things, and sometimes there are opposite opinions.

  Like you, we are learning to flex our individualism, our "selves" which is refreshing, and at times we might get carried away with emotion.

  I have not come across bad people on this forum. There have been a few, like yourself, who simply didn't know how to post an interesting subject, or ask a question, or tell an experience; and now you have made a very negative statement that is naturally going to cause others to rebound with replies.

  Obviously you are on here for a reason. Please give us more information about how we can help you. Or what is it that you hope to gain by attacking "us"? You are such a newbie. You don't have to be here you know. We didn't make you. It was your choice. You are welcome, but please be nice.

  We forgive easily...but, you may have to have to ask now.

  Hi Englishman,

  I love steam trains. When I was a kid that is all we had in this area. I can remember the sound and sight of those beautiful engines comming by. They have an old steam train that comes by sometimes that you can book a ride on. I would love to do that sometime.
